ImpactU

ImpactU is an Open Academic Infrastructure that offers a CRIS (Current Research Information System) platform for Colombia, open-source software for its implementation, and a collaborative strategies to enhance their knowledge management and scientific evaluation processes.

ImpactU is created and guided by CoLaV from the University of Antioquia, the University of Valle, the Externado University of Colombia, and the Autonomous Latin American University. It is in the process of forming a national adhesion to an strategic alliance sponsored by ASCUN, which will democratize its ownership among all Colombian institutions interested in membership. Provide the most robust and comprehensive information system on the country's research data with open data. Promote collaborative learning environments among the country's institutions. Establish a model of open academic infrastructure that can be replicated in other countries in the region and other territorial and organizational contexts.
